A research timeline, presented simultaneously in two Berlin galleries sharing an address on Adalbertstrasse and in Gallery Ч9 in Murmansk, over five days in May 2017. Rather than a finished exhibition of objects, it laid out the state of an enquiry — fourteen participants' material arranged as a timeline and shown in parallel, a thousand kilometres apart.
The project ran under the heading Immaterial / Material Translation, and was carried by three institutional strands: Gustav Düsing at the Institute for Architectural Design, Technische Universität Braunschweig; Ellef Prestsæter at the Scandinavian Institute for Computational Vandalism and the Department of Philosophy, Classics, History of Arts and Ideas at the University of Oslo; and Klasse Sean Snyder, Fotografie, at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Braunschweig.
The project kept its own site at realismrealityreal360degrees.info, which no longer resolves.
